Mr. William O'Neil Wood 76 of Lanett, Alabama died Monday May 11, 2020 at the East Alabama Medical Center.

Mr. Wood was born in Chambers County, Alabama April 18, 1944 to the late William Lonzie Wood and the late Gracie Mae Spears Wood, he was a retired mechanic from the East Alabama Lumber Co. in LaFayette and was a member of the Highway Methodist Church in Randolph County (Pot Ash) Community.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday May 13, 2020 at 11 AM (ET) 10AM (CT) at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Lanett with the Rev. Stephen Grubbs officiating.

He is survived by his Wife Margaret Wood of Lanett, Al., 4 Children Timothy O'Neil Wood of Camp Hill, Al., Cynthia Louise (Earl) Teel of Valley, Al., Allen (Torri) Wood Lanett, Al., Keith (Lee) Wood of Valley, Al., Brother Lonzie Wood of Camp Hill, Al., 4 Grandchildren Charity Sanders, Erika Wood, Austin Wood and Breanna Striblin (Ryan) 4 Great Grandchildren Clayton Sanders, Chase Sanders, Bryar Wood, Tucker Striblin.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, 2 Brothers James Wood, and Aaron Wood and a Granddaughter Kelsey Shawn Teel.
