Syble Moss Parker was born on September 19, 1936 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow and Fay Moss in Chambers County, Alabama. Syble passed away on November 5, 2023 in the comfort of her daughter's home in Camp Hill, AL. She was 87 years old.

Syble attended the Alabama School for the Deaf where she met her late husband George Mix Parker. Syble and George went on to have one daughter.

Syble was preceded in death by her husband George Mix Parker, her brother Barry Moss (Pat), and her parents Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow and Fay Moss. She is survived by her daughter Katrina Parker Teel (Andrew); her sister Dinah Estes (Benje); her grandchildren Dylan Teel, Jason Teel (April), and Stephanie Teel; her great-grandchildren Carson and Avery Teel; and several nieces and nephews.

To know Syble was to love her immediately. She never met a stranger. She had a contagious smile that would light up any room that she was in. She was a strong and godly woman who was kind, loving, charming, and hilarious. She loved the outdoors and was an avid fan of the Auburn Tigers. She loved to smile and had a love for life and laughter that was unmatched.

The family will receive friends and visitors on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Syble's home. A private funeral service will be held for the family on Saturday, November 11, 2023. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Ivy Creek Hospice of Dadeville, AL.
