Mr. Robert Owens 83, of LaFayette, Alabama died Saturday October 18, 2014 at the East Alabama Medical Center., Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 21, 2014, 2:00 pm, at the Rock Springs Baptist Church with Rev. James Caulfield and Rev. Tom Leverett officiating, burial will be in the LaFayette City Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 5:30 PM until 7PM. He was born March 6, 1931 in Manchester, Georgia, and was a member of the Rock Springs Baptist Church, retired from West Point Stevens and a United States Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict serving in Germany.
