Paul Douglas Williamson of LaFayette, Alabama died Tuesday, February 22 at East Alabama Medical Center.

The family invites folks to attend visiting hours from 10am until noon on Saturday, February 26 at Center Baptist Church, 2511 County Rd 33, LaFayette, Alabama. A memorial service will immediately follow the visitation with Marty Schwartz officiating.

He is survived by his wife, Renee; his children Nathan and Nikki (Blackmon); grandchildren Natalie, Josie, Jackson, Gabby (Blackmon) and Brooklyn (Blackmon); sisters Paula Fulmer (Tim) and Rosemary Greaves (Greg; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Paul L. Williamson and his mother Mary; and his grandparents C.D. & Mable Williamson and Edwin & Sara Holliday.

His family and friends are overwhelmed with the weight of this sudden loss. We hold on to our faith that surpasses all understanding to guard our hearts and minds as we live in Christ Jesus. We are resting in the reality that Doug is at peace and in the unfailing, everlasting love of our LORD & Savior.
