Mrs. Myra Seawright 81 of Roanoke, Alabama formerly of Valley, Alabama died Tuesday June 28, 2016 at the Traylor's Nursing Home in Roanoke. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 AM Friday July 1, 2016 at the Old Fredonia Cemetery with the Rev. Don Downs officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 10AM until 11AM prior to the graveside. Jeff Jones Funeral Home, LaFayette, Al. in charge of arrangements.

She was born in Chambers County March 21, 1935 to the late Roland Griffin Daniel and the late Ruby Nell Fetner Daniel and was a member of the West End Baptist Church in Valley. She worked as a waitress for many years at Shoney"s and Denny's, she then took to her true calling as a caregiver,even in the nursing home she would help the Nurses and CNA Staff.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Lewis Seawright. She is survived by her 6 daughters-Ruby (Buddy) Akins of Roanoke, Al., Janet (Ricky) Norred of Roanoke, Al., Lucy Mozart of Smyrna, Ga., Patsy Cotton of Beauregard, Al., Myra Beth Allen of Hugely, Al., Bonnie Williams of Beauregard, Al., 16 grandchildren-Eddie, Amy, Michael, Brandy, Venessa, Brittany, Steven, David, Jennifer, Jessica, Todd, Ryan, Chasity, Samantha, Crystal, Collin and 17 great grandchildren-Braydon, Brandon, Tyler, Alyssa, Bryson, Nicole, Christopher, Mailey, Kyra, Charis, Carley, Haley, Chandler, Annsley, Elaine, Jaxon, Aiden. 1 great great grandchild-Zander, and a special neice-Marla (Eric) Hutto and their son Peter of Atlanta, Ga.
