Mrs. Mildred Sellers 93, of LaFayette, Alabama died Saturday November 26, 2016 at the Bethany House Hospice in Auburn Alabama. Funeral services will be held Thursday December 1, 2016 at 1 PM at the Jackson Memorial Baptist Church with burial in the LaFayette City Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Howard and the Rev. Mike Adkins officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5PM until 7PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Sellers was born July 17, 1923 in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to the late William Ray and the late Linnie Harris Ray.  She was a member of the Jackson Memorial Baptist Church and a homemaker and a retired textile employee.

She was preceded in death by her husband Eric Sellers.

Survivors are 2 children Jerrold Sellers of LaFayette, Al., Joan (Walter) Lamb of LaFayette, Al., sister Geneva Amason of Childersburg, Al., brother Loyel Godfrey of Childersburg, Al., 3 grandchildren Meredith (Brad) Sasser, of LaFayette, Al., Jerrold Sellers, Jr. of Auburn, Al., Donna Crowder of LaGrange, Ga., 4 great grandchildren   2 great great grandchildren.
