Mrs. Mildred Martin 90, of LaFayette, Alabama died Sunday August 9, 2015 at the LaFayette Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held Wednesday August 12, 2015 at the LaFayette City Cemetery at 11AM with the Rev. Kevin Martin officiating. She was born in Tallapoosa County, Alabama July 26, 1925 to the late Obie Dean and the late Mittis Thomas Dean, she was a member of the First United Methodist Church of LaFayette, and retired from McClendon Trucking Company also of LaFayette.

Survivors are her 2 children Ramona (Roger) Hood of Lanett, Al., Sandy (Jerrie) Martin of Nashville, Tn., 4 grandchildren  7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Morris Martin.
