Rev. Mike Hutchinson 66, of LaFayette, Alabama died Sunday March 26, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 29, 2017 at 2PM at the Mt.Zion Baptist  Church with the Rev. Steve Powell and the Rev. Gerald Purvis officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5PM until 7PM at the funeral home. Rev. hutchinson was born in Alexander City, Alabama November 2, 1950 to the late Robert Franklin Hutchinson and the late Ruby Brown Hutchinson, he was a ember of the Mt.Zion Baptist Church in Camp Hill, Alabama, and was a retired minister having served the following churches Bethlehem Baptist Church in Louisville,Al., Brinson Baptist Church in Brinson ,Ga., Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Dadeville, Al., and County Line Baptist Church in Dudleyville, Al.

He is survived by his wife Brenda Hutchinson of LaFayette, Al., 2 children Benjamin Hutchinson of LaFayette, Al., David (Hayley) Hutchinson of LaFayette, Al., 2 sisters Jolene (Rodger) Ballard of Alexander City, Al., Annette Yates of Auburn, Al., 3 grandchildren Pace Hutchinson, Callan Hutchinson, & Ivy Hutchinson.
