Linda Dianne Myers, 80, of LaFayette, Alabama, passed away on September 25, 2025 at Bethany House in Auburn, Alabama. She was born in Langdale, Alabama, on November 6, 1944, to the late Stanley and Mabel Gaches Yarbrough. Dianne was retired from Myers 1 Stop and worked as a poll worker for many years. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church Lanett, Alabama.

Dianne is survived by her husband Al Myers of LaFayette, AL, son, Buddy (Fran) Groover, 2 sisters, Wendy (Jeff) Williams of LaFayette, AL and Ginnie Lunsford of Auburn, AL, 4 grandchildren, Chelsea Groover, Colby Groover, Logan (Hannah) Groover, and Ryan Groover.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 children, Cherie Groover and Michael Groover.

A Graveside will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.(EST)/ 1:00 p.m. (CST) at Oakwood Cemetery, 1462 1st St. Lanett, AL 36863 with Reverand Mitch Hamilton officiating.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Providence Baptist Church, Bethany House, or Girls' Ranch.
