Mrs. LeJean Thompson Johnson, 87 of LaFayette died Thursday September 10, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services were held Friday September 11, 2015 at the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church at 11 AM with burial in the Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, Alabama with the Rev. Paul Howard officiating.

Mrs. Johnson was born in Buffalo, Alabama to the late E. Z. Thompson and the late Susie Thrower Thompson.  She was a member of the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church and the Prime Timers Sunday School Class, and active in the LaFayette Senior Center, and a retired beautician.


She is survived by her 2 children-Lanny (June) Johnson of LaFayette, Al., and Grace (Craig) Glick of Indianapolis, Ind., 5 grandchildren-Matt (Jennifer) Johnson of Auburn, Al., Anna (Darren) Bradham of Auburn, Al., Leah Glick of Indianapolis, Tyson Glick of Indianapolis, Kyle (Erica) Glick of Indianapolis and 4 great grandchildren-Jack & Mattie Johnson and Beck & Banks Bradham.
