Mrs. Judy Watkins 89 of LaFayette, Alabama died Thursday June 6, 2019 at the East Alabama Medical Center.

She was born in Florida April 7, 1930 to the late Clovis Almond Boddy and the late Capitola Bernice Duke. She was a member of the Opelika-Auburn Seventh Day Adventist Church. She and her husband operated the Bo And Judy's Grocery and Gas Store in LaFayette for many years.

She is survived by her 5 Children Carolyn Rentz of Stockbridge, Ga., Jackie Adamson of Ridge Grove, Al., Debbie Cummings of Opelika, Al., Sheree Orr of Camp Hill, Al., Jay Watkins of LaFayette, Al., 1 Sister Linda Robinson of Camp Hill, Al., 1 Brother Bill Boddy of Tennessee, 13 Grandchildren 24 Great Grandchildren 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Husband Julian (Bo) Watkins, Brother Wallace Boddy and Sister Wanda Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Sunday June 9, 2019 at 3PM at Jeff Jones Funeral Home with burial to follow at the LaFayette City Cemetery, with the Rev. Randall Hamer and the Rev. Kulakov officiating.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 1PM until 3PM prior to the service.
