Mr. Joel Lowe 56, of Penton, Alabama died Wednesday January 20, 2016 at the Bethany House Hospice. Funeral services will be held Sunday January 24, 2016 at 2PM at the Penton Church Of God with burial in the church cemetery with the Rev. Michael Campbell officiating, with masonic rites at the graveside. Visitation will be held at the church on Sunday from 1PM until 2PM prior to the service. He was born in Cullman, Alabama July 3, 1959 to the late Charles Seaborn Lowe and Joan Lambeth. He was a member of the Penton Church Of God, a mason a member of the Solomon Lodge #74 and a 32nd degree Scottish Rite, and had been a truck driver for the City Of Lanett, Alabama.

Survivors are his parents-Joan & Bill Lambeth of Penton, Al., 2 sisters-Debbie (Walter) Vail of Tuskegee, Al., Beverly (Mike) Cain of Childresburg, Al., aunts-Alice Sasser of Alexander City, Al., Vivian Stephens of Opelika, Al., Ethel Conway of LaFayette, Al., Reba Smith of Cooksville, Tn., Nancy Hildreth of Columbus, Ga., Grace Lowe of Opelika, Al., Shelia (Chris) Potts of LaFayette, Al., Margaret James of Gardendale, Al.,  uncle-Bill Dyer of Gardendale, Al., and many nieces & nephews.
