Mr. Herman Charles Brown 75, of Valley, Alabama died Saturday February 1, 2020 at the EAMC Lanier Hospital.

Mr. Brown was born in Chambers County July 13, 1944 to the late Harvey Robert Brown and the late Lois Harrington Brown, he was a member of the Calvary Family Worship Center. He was well loved in the neighborhood as he was known as the friendly mountain man, he also worked as a tree surgeon, and loved to fish and loved to play the guitar.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 8, 2020, at 3 PM (ET) at the Harrington Heights Methodist Church with the Rev. LaVern Cotney officiating.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2 PM (ET) until 3 PM (ET) at the church prior to the service.

He is survived by his Daughter Tammy (Mike) McCullough of Cusseta, Al. Sister Judy Saylor of Opelika, Al., Brother Ben (Patsy) Brown of Valley, Al., 2 Granddaughters Tiffany (Mikey) Toland of Lanett, Al., Emily McCullough of Cusseta, Al., Great Grandchild Caiden Toland of Lanett, Al.
