Rev. George Crenshaw 75 of Lanett, Alabama died Thursday October 13, 2016 at the Columbus Hospice House. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 18, 2016 at 3PM(ET)  2PM (CT) at the Osanippa Baptist Church with burial in the Cusseta Cemetery with the Rev. Claude Bennett and Rev. Phillip Johnson officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from 6-8PM (ET)  5-7PM(CT) .

Rev. Crenshaw was born in Randolph County, Alabama August 21, 1941 to the late Claude Ellis Crenshaw and the late Katherine Bessie Wilkerson Crenshaw.

Rev. Crenshaw  was a retired automobile mechanic, and was a member and pastor of the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Pine Mountain, Georgia for 18 years.

He is survived by his wife Mary Crenshaw of Lanett, Al., 3 nephews Larry Thornton of Atlanta, Ga., Donnie Smith of Katie, Texas, Rickey Duke of Carrollton, Ga. niece Ann Lites of Atlanta, Ga. several great nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
