Mrs. Dian Reed Thomas 71, of LaFayette, Alabama died Tuesday March 6, 2018 at the East Alabama Medical Center.

Graveside services will be held Friday March 9, 2018 at 4PM at the LaFayette City Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Howard officiating.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 2PM until 3:30PM prior to the graveside.

Mrs. Thomas was born in Chambers County June 11, 1946 to the late J. W. Reed and the late Mildred Welch Reed, she was a member of the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church, she has worked at Playtex and later worked for Russell Corp. and later worked at Lowe's Pharmacy.

She is survived by her Son-Brian Thomas of LaFayette, Al., 2 Sisters-Carol (Ellis) Brown of Roanoke, Al., Judy (Gary) Butler of Opelika, Al., 2 Grandchildren-Courtney Thomas & Kaine Thomas, Nieces, Nephews, Aunts & Uncles. Pallbearers will be David Hand, Mark Walden, Matt Thomas, Jay Brown, Rusty Brown & Bo Smith.
