Mr. Clifford Moncus 75, of Camp Hill, Alabama died Sunday November 6, 2016 at the East Alabama Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 9, 2016 at 11AM at Center Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery, with the Rev. Randall Hamer and the Rev. Bobby Duck officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday at Center Baptist Church 2511 Co.Rd. 33 LaFayette, Alabama 36862 from 6PM until 8PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Center Baptist Church.

Mr. Moncus was born in LaGrange, Georgia July 29, 1941 to the late Wilford Moncus and the late Evelyn Caldwell Moncus. He was a member of the Center Baptist Church in Ridge Grove, Alabama, and was employed with the Chambers County Sheriff's Department working security at the Chambers County Courthouse, and played the guitar and sang with the group Highway 280.

Survivors are his wife Peggy Henderson Moncus of Camp Hill, Al., 6 Children-Tammy White of Camp Hill, Al., Tracy Moncus of Beulah, Al., Phillip Moncus of LaGrange, Ga., Phyllis Dalton of Roanoke, Al., Sharron Sams of LaGrange, Ga., Kevin Moncus of Huntsville, Al., 11 Grandchildren including Dillon, Autumn & Shelby. 2 Nieces Anna & Ashley. Sister In Law Lisa & Phil Stephens of Camp Hill, Al., Father & Mother In Law Alton & Jean Henderson of Camp Hill, Al.
