Mr. Bill Carter 57 of Woodstock, Georgia died Saturday July 13, 2019 at his residence.

Services will be held Tuesday July 23, 2019 at 2PM at the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Howard officiating.

Visitation will be held at the church from 1PM until 2PM prior to the service.

Mr. Carter was born in Fullerton, California to the late Bernard Livingstone Carter and the late Lola (Tootsie) Carter, he was a member of the LaFayette Heights Baptist Church, and had formerly worked at McClendon Trucking and was now employed with Stay Lodge in Woodstock as the assistant manager.

He is survived by 2 Sisters Kathy Meigs of Huguley, Al., Beth (Scott) McCain of Opelika, Al. 1 Brother Richard (Sheila) Carter of Lanett, Al., 1 Niece Nicole Carter, 4 Nephews Blake Carter, Troy (Caroline) Meigs, Jared (Lindsey) Meigs, Chris Sanders, Great Niece Lucy Meigs, 2 Great Nephews Jace Meigs, Noah Meigs, Special Friend Renee Smith, and Fur Baby Abigale Rose.
