Mrs. Arlene Smith Odom 65 of Alexander City, Alabama died Saturday, April 27, 2019, at her residence.

Mrs. Odom was born in Tallapoosa County, Alabama May 29, 1953 to the late James Carl Smith and the late Janie Kate Trimble Smith, she was a homemaker.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday April 30, 2019 at 11 AM at the LaFayette City Cemetery, with the Rev. Jimmy Allen officiating.

She is survived by her Son Jason Odom of LaFayette, Al. and her Sister Myrtle Smedley of Opelika, Al. and nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents and her Brother James C. (Jimmy) Smith, Jr.
